Karmarts Public Company Limited manufactures, packages, imports, and distributes cosmetics and consumer products in Thailand through its subsidiaries. It operates in four segments: Manufacture and Distribution of Consumer Products; Warehouse for Rental; Investment Properties and Distribution of By-Products and Agriculture; and Real Estate Development. The company offers a wide range of products, including facial care, body care, makeup, beauty accessories, fragrances, hair care, supplements, oral care, acne and sensitive skin care, hand sanitizers, face masks, skincare, hair coloring, dishwashing, eyebrow and eye makeup, intimate cleansers, and lip care products under brands such as Cathy Doll, Baby Bright, Boya, Jejuvita, Reunrom, Skynlab, Keumyon, 7Clean, Browit, THA, Lipit, Intimi, Hair It, Beautilox, Dr.Niks, Catchy Nesty, ACCA, Dr.DSP, Get Skin by Eyeta, and ATP Beauty. It also invests in land and distributes products through convenience stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, discount stores, beauty stores, drug stores, specialty stores, catalogs, and online, as well as operates shops under the KARMART brand. The company exports to various countries, including China, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iraq, Russia, and the United States. Formerly known as Distar Electric Corporation Public Company Limited, it changed its name to Karmarts Public Company Limited in April 2011. Incorporated in 1982, it is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.

EveandBoy Prepares to File for IPO, Taking on KAMART and BEAUTY

EveandBoy is preparing to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand through an IPO, and will file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand. The move marks the opening of a battle in Thailand's beauty and cosmetics business, with EveandBoy set to compete directly against KAMART and BEAUTY, both of which are already listed on the stock exchange. Reports say the share offering will invite a clear comparison with key rivals KAMART and BEAUTY in the beauty retail business.

KAMART cuts 2026 revenue and profit targets; broker lowers target price to 6.44 baht

Kasikorn Securities lowered its target price for KAMART to 6.44 baht from 9.29 baht, while maintaining a hold recommendation, after the company cut its 2026 revenue and normalized profit targets to 3.8 to 4 billion baht and 600 to 700 million baht, respectively, from 4 billion baht and 800 million baht. Management expects third-quarter 2026 revenue and normalized profit to grow both year on year and quarter on quarter, while gross margin is expected to remain stable at 53 to 54 percent. The broker also cut its normalized profit estimates for 2026 to 2028 by 30 to 31.3 percent and lowered its revenue estimates by 7.3 to 12.8 percent, citing reduced growth potential for cosmetics sales, and raised its selling, general and administrative expense to revenue assumption to 35.3 to 35.5 percent from 30.9 to 31.2 percent.
