KOOL sells subsidiary TTAMC for 33 million baht to eliminate business weakness

CL Venture Public Company Limited, or KOOL, has decided to sell its subsidiary Thonthawee Asset Management Company Limited, or TTAMC, which operates a non-performing debt management business, at a price of 13.20 baht per share, totaling 33 million baht, to Pichayapat Sirideeroj. The move aims to reduce administrative expenses, as TTAMC currently has no claims on debtors and no plans to invest in additional non-performing assets or properties awaiting sale. TTAMC's operating results over the past five years have mostly been losses, with total revenue of 516,315 baht and a net loss of 42,789 baht in 2025. Meanwhile, KOOL reported total revenue of 637.85 million baht and a net profit of 45.70 million baht in 2025. This sale is part of the Weakest Link operation to eliminate weaknesses that hinder the growth of KOOL's cooling business and other ventures.
