Trump Media targets TAE merger close by end of 2026, signs 10+ Truth API deals

Trump Media & Technology Group is targeting a closing of its merger with TAE Technologies by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory and closing conditions, and has signed more than 10 customer agreements for its Truth API at rates generally in the range of $60,000 to $100,000 per month. The company reported second quarter revenue of approximately $1.7 million and total operating expenses of $165.2 million, with a net loss of $238 million largely driven by non-cash mark-to-market losses on bitcoin and related securities totaling $190.5 million. It ended the quarter with $1.9 billion in gross financial assets, net of debt approximately $893 million, and highlighted nearly $1 billion in outstanding convertible notes. The previously announced proposed business combination with Crypto.com and Yorkville Acquisition Corp. tied to a digital-asset structure was mutually terminated, and the approach to prediction markets was realigned toward a marketing agreement with Crypto.com.
