Marchex forecasts $16M-$16.5M Q3 revenue following Archenia acquisition
Marchex, Inc. announced its third quarter 2026 revenue guidance of $16 million to $16.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of $2.3 million to $2.5 million, following the July 1 completion of its acquisition of Archenia. The company reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $11 million, up from $10.6 million in the first quarter, and ended the quarter with $8.2 million in cash, down from $9 million at the end of the first quarter due to transaction and realignment expenses. Executive Chairman Russell Horowitz said the Archenia deal expands Marchex's AI-powered conversational intelligence and analytics solutions beyond insights into actions and outcomes, and management sees a pipeline with a double-digit number of customers capable of seven figures or more of incremental revenue. The company also reiterated an existing 3 million share buyback program and plans to provide fourth quarter 2026 and initial 2027 outlook when it reports third quarter results in early November.
