Maravai raises 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to $33M-$35M, keeps revenue view

Maravai LifeSciences raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $33 million to $35 million while maintaining its revenue forecast of $205 million to $215 million. The company reported second-quarter revenue of $51.4 million, a 9% year-over-year increase, with adjusted gross margin expanding more than 1,600 basis points to 58.9% and adjusted EBITDA improving by $19.1 million to $8.7 million. TriLink revenue grew 12%, driven by strong demand for GMP consumables and discovery mRNA, and more than 125 customers are now using the ModTail technology one year after its commercial launch. Maravai also refinanced its debt in June, reducing borrowings to approximately $150 million and extending maturities to 2032, while ending the quarter with $70.1 million in cash and $147.1 million in debt. The company expects greater than 1,400 basis points of gross margin improvement for the full year and does not anticipate GMP-grade ModTail orders until 2027.
