Insight Enterprises reported second-quarter revenue of $2.40 billion, a 14.7% year-on-year increase that exceeded analyst estimates of $2.17 billion. Insight Enterprises Launches Managed Exposure Defense to Combat AI-Driven Cyber Threats

Insight Enterprises has launched Insight Managed Exposure Defense, a managed security service designed to help organizations defend against AI-driven vulnerabilities. The bundled service combines managed continuous threat exposure management, managed patch operations across Windows, Linux, and Cisco IOS, software supply chain and open source risk monitoring, software developer outsourcing for code remediation, and managed extended detection and response from a global SOC spanning the US, UK, India, and Manila. Chief Information Security Officer Jason Rader noted the shrinking disclosure-to-weaponization window and said the service absorbs operational load so security teams can focus on monitoring. The launch comes as billionaire stake in the company dropped from roughly $190.36 million in Q4 2025 to $88.63 million in Q1 2026, a decline of about $101.73 million, even as JPMorgan analyst Joseph Cardoso upgraded the stock to Neutral from Underweight with a price target increase to $105 from $80.
