Luxury skiwear maker Perfect Moment delisted from NYSE American

Luxury skiwear manufacturer Perfect Moment has been delisted from the NYSE American. Trading in the company's stock was suspended on Wednesday after Perfect Moment decided not to appeal the exchange's earlier delisting determination. NYSE American had announced on June 12 that it was commencing proceedings to delist the company, and on June 17, Perfect Moment confirmed it would not request a review of the decision.
