Scienture readies REZENOPY naloxone nasal spray for July shipment

Scienture Holdings has completed manufacturing of commercial launch inventory for REZENOPY Nasal Spray 10 mg and will begin shipments to US pharmaceutical wholesalers in July, with broad availability expected in August. REZENOPY is the highest-dose FDA-approved naloxone nasal spray in the United States, delivering 10 mg in a single-use device for emergency treatment of known or suspected opioid overdose. IQVIA data show the US naloxone market totals about $144 million annually across 9.8 million units, and the company noted expanded payer access with potential coverage reaching more than 100 million lives. The stock rose to $0.39 in overnight trading, up 18.59%, after closing Thursday at $0.33.
