The Stock Exchange of Thailand has placed a suspension sign on the securities of TSR Living Solution Public Company Limited, or TSR, effective from 24 August 2026, because the Securities and Exchange Commission has instructed TSR to revise its financial statements for the second quarter of 2026, following news published on 21 August 2026. At the same time, TSR still has not submitted the revised financial statements for the first quarter of 2026, which puts the company's securities at risk of being delisted. The Stock Exchange of Thailand therefore needs to keep the suspension sign in place until the company resolves the deficiencies that could lead to delisting under the prescribed rules.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand has suspended trading of shares of TSR Living Solution Public Company Limited, or TSR, effective 23 July 2026, after the Securities and Exchange Commission ordered the company to revise its financial statements for the first quarter of 2026, as disclosed in a news release on 22 July 2026. The suspension temporarily halts trading of the securities to give investors time to absorb and assess information that may affect their investment decisions, before trading resumes in accordance with the exchange's rules.
