Vivendi Reports H1 2026 Revenue of €140 Million, EBITA of €4 Million

Vivendi reported first-half 2026 revenues of €140 million, down 3.5% from €145 million in the prior-year period, with EBITA of €4 million after a €21 million charge for a collective mutual termination plan at its headquarters. Excluding that charge, EBITA would have been €25 million, an improvement of €7 million year-over-year, driven by a 13.8% reduction in corporate operating costs. Gameloft, Vivendi's wholly-owned video game subsidiary, posted EBITA of €9 million, up 10.1%, despite a 6.1% revenue decline at constant currency and perimeter, reflecting effective cost control and a strategic shift toward PC and console games, which now represent 49% of its revenues. Earnings attributable to Vivendi SE shareowners were €28 million, and the investment portfolio was valued at €5.117 billion as of June 30, 2026, down from €5.878 billion at year-end 2025, largely due to a decline in Universal Music Group's share price. Vivendi also completed the acquisition of Prisma Media's luxury division, renamed V Collection, for €10 million, and acquired a 13.58% stake in Prisma Group for €30 million.
