Priority Income Fund, Inc. เป็นกองทุนรวมแบบปิด (closed-end fund) ประเภทตราสารหนี้ที่ก่อตั้งโดย Prospect Capital Management LLC และ Behringer Harvard Holdings, LLC บริหารจัดการโดย Priority Senior Secured Income Management, LLC โดยลงทุนในสินเชื่อที่มีหลักประกันระดับอาวุโส (senior secured loans) เน้นการสร้างรายได้ปัจจุบัน รวมถึงกลุ่มสินเชื่อที่มีหลักประกันระดับอาวุโสที่เรียกว่า collateralized loan obligations กองทุนลงทุนในบริษัทที่มีอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือของหนี้ต่ำกว่าระดับ investment grade เดิมมีชื่อว่า Priority Senior Secured Income Fund, Inc. และมีภูมิลำเนาทางกฎหมายในสหรัฐอเมริกา
