Priority Income Fund, Inc. เป็นกองทุนรวมแบบปิด (closed-end) ประเภทตราสารหนี้ ที่ก่อตั้งโดย Prospect Capital Management LLC และ Behringer Harvard Holdings, LLC โดยมี Priority Senior Secured Income Management, LLC เป็นผู้จัดการกองทุน กองทุนนี้ลงทุนในสินเชื่อที่มีหลักประกันระดับอาวุโส (senior secured loans) โดยเน้นที่รายได้ปัจจุบัน หรือลงทุนในกลุ่มสินเชื่อที่มีหลักประกันระดับอาวุโสดังกล่าวซึ่งเรียกว่า collateralized loan obligations กองทุนลงทุนในบริษัทที่มีอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือของหนี้ต่ำกว่าระดับ investment grade และเดิมมีชื่อว่า Priority Senior Secured Income Fund, Inc. กองทุนนี้มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในสหรัฐอเมริกา
