Priority Income Fund, Inc. เป็นกองทุนรวมแบบปิด (closed-end fixed income mutual fund) ที่ก่อตั้งโดย Prospect Capital Management LLC และ Behringer Harvard Holdings, LLC กองทุนนี้บริหารโดย Priority Senior Secured Income Management, LLC และลงทุนในสินเชื่อที่มีหลักประกันระดับอาวุโส (senior secured loans) โดยเน้นรายได้ปัจจุบันหรือกลุ่มสินเชื่อที่มีหลักประกันระดับอาวุโสที่เรียกว่า collateralized loan obligations กองทุนลงทุนในบริษัทที่มีหนี้อยู่ในอันดับต่ำกว่ากลุ่ม investment grade เดิมทีรู้จักในชื่อ Priority Senior Secured Income Fund, Inc. และมีภูมิลำเนาในสหรัฐอเมริกา
