Fiyta announced that the 18th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors approved the proposal to establish the Changkong Division. To accelerate the layout of emerging industries, the company decided to set up the Changkong Division, leveraging the core technical capabilities of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shaanxi Changkong Gear Co., Ltd. in small and medium module gears and precision reducers, to vigorously expand into aerospace, robotics, and other business areas, and to increase the scale of emerging industry operations.
