Shenglu Communication's first-half revenue and net profit both declined, with its share price down about 20% this year
Shenglu Communication released its 2026 interim report on August 27. The company's operating revenue was 587 million yuan, down 4.3% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was 36.44 million yuan, down 36.7% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company after deducting non-recurring items was 24.22 million yuan, down 48.2% year on year. Second-quarter revenue was 318 million yuan, down 5.1% year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent company was 11.44 million yuan, down 64.8% year on year. The company's two main businesses, civil communications and microwave electronics, both contracted. Revenue from the communications equipment industry was 322 million yuan, down 1.44% year on year, while revenue from the microwave electronics industry was 265 million yuan, down 7.63% year on year. The company said demand for base station antennas weakened and the recovery in microwave electronics was weaker than expected, and it made an asset impairment provision of 23.015 million yuan. As of press time, the share price was 8.42 yuan per share, down 19.73% for the year.
