Astroscale Holdings Inc. has secured ¥30.6 billion in funding from Hulic, SKY Perfect JSAT, and other investors, closing the transaction on June 5. The funding follows a strategic partnership announced on May 19 with SKY Perfect JSAT, which is investing in Astroscale and will cooperate on on-orbit servicing including satellite inspection, repair, and life-extension services. For fiscal year 2026, Astroscale reported revenue of ¥5.94 billion, up 141.8% year over year, with project income rising 89% to ¥11.5 billion and a backlog of ¥37.9 billion.
