LongShine Technology posts first-ever first-half net loss attributable to parent, down over 700% year on year

LongShine Technology disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report. In the first half, net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company swung from profit to loss, falling 730.23% year on year to a loss of 180 million yuan. The company achieved operating revenue of 1.482 billion yuan, down 3.89% year on year, while net profit excluding non-recurring items showed a loss of 220 million yuan, compared with a profit of 13.6385 million yuan in the same period last year. The company explained that its energy digital intelligence business has obvious seasonal characteristics, with net profit mainly concentrated in the fourth quarter, while its electricity trading business faced risk challenges from wide fluctuations in regional electricity market prices during a period of rapid scale growth. The energy internet business achieved revenue of 955 million yuan, up about 10.64% year on year. Among this, the Xindiantu aggregated charging platform recorded charging volume of more than 4.6 billion kilowatt-hours, up over 65% year on year. Electricity trading expanded to 18 provinces, with trading volume in the first half exceeding 10 billion kilowatt-hours, five times the level in the same period last year. The company plans no cash dividend, no bonus shares, and no conversion of capital reserve into share capital for the 2026 half year.
