Mitsui Fudosan Accommodations Fund Inc.

Mitsui Fudosan Accommodations Fund Inc. (MAF) is a J-REIT that invests in accommodation assets, primarily real estate used for residences or hotels. It was established on October 12, 2005, and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's J-REIT Market on August 4, 2006 under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations. Since listing, MAF has continued to acquire properties; at the end of the period under review it held 140 properties with a total acquisition price of 347,686 million yen, compared with 27 properties at 101,385 million yen at the time of listing. MAF changed its trade name from Nippon Accommodations Fund Inc. to Mitsui Fudosan Accommodations Fund Inc. on September 1, 2025.
