Star Asia Investment Corp.

Star Asia Investment Corporation (SAR) is a diversified real estate investment trust established on December 1, 2015, under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, as amended). It listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust Section on April 20, 2016. SAR has delegated asset management to Star Asia Invest Management Co., Ltd., a financial instruments business operator under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948, as amended), aiming to maximize unitholder interests and expand asset size and distributions per unit. As of the 18th fiscal period ended January 31, 2025, asset size was 276,545 million yen. In March 2025, after the period end, SAR acquired additional unit ownership in abeno nini (Retail) for 221 million yen, bringing asset size to 276,766 million yen as of the date of this document.
