MIRAI Corporation is a diversified REIT founded on December 4, 2015 and incorporated in Japan. It was established with a capital contribution of 150 million yen (750 units) from Mitsui Bussan & IDERA Partners Co., Ltd., the asset manager, as founding planner, and was listed on the REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 16, 2016 (securities code: 3476). As of October 31, 2025, it had 1,907,440 investment units issued and outstanding and owned 44 properties with a total acquisition price of 180,155 million yen. MIRAI targets assets in Japan's three major metropolitan areas with high population concentrations, aiming for mid-to-long term stable cash flows and sustained growth in unitholder value through a portfolio centered on its Core Assets.
