NIPPON REIT Investment Corp

NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation was established on September 8, 2010, with Polaris Investment Advisors K.K. as founder, under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, as amended). It completed registration with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on October 26, 2010 (registration number 72). The company issued 144,200 new investment units through a public offering with a payment date of April 23, 2014, and listed on the J-REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on April 24, 2014. It later issued units through public offerings in February 2015, July 2015 and July 2018, and through third-party allotments in March 2015, July 2015 and July 2018; it cancelled treasury investment units in December 2024 and conducted an investment unit split in January 2025. As of June 30, 2025, the total number of investment units issued and outstanding was 1,768,380.
