Starts Proceed Investment Corporation is a Japanese real estate investment trust (REIT) established on May 2, 2005, with 150 million yen in capital (750 units), under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations. It registered with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on June 15, 2005 (Registration No. 37), issued 21,600 additional units through public offering on November 29, 2005, and listed on the Jasdaq Securities Exchange (now Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ Market) the next day under Securities Code 8979. After three capital increases through public offering and other developments, it listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market on July 27, 2010, delisting from JASDAQ on October 1, 2010. The company entrusts asset management to Starts Asset Management Co., Ltd. and focuses on rental housing and related specified assets, including monthly rental apartments, serviced apartments, hotels, and residential facilities for the elderly, primarily targeting rental housing for average-income households. In its 39th fiscal period, it acquired 10,062 of its own investment units for 1,737 million yen between December 17, 2024, and April 22, 2025, all of which were cancelled on April 30, 2025. As of the end of the 39th fiscal period, total investment units issued and outstanding were 272,415, total assets were 101,988 million yen, and unitholders' capital (net) was 45,600 million yen.
