MIRARTH Real Estate Investment Corporation was formerly known as Takara Leben Real Estate Investment Corporation. It was organized by MIRARTH Real Estate Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. (formerly Takara PAG Real Estate Investment Advisory Co. Ltd.), in accordance with the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, including subsequent amendments). The company completed registration with the Kanto Regional Financial Bureau (Registration No. Kanto Regional Financial Bureau Director-General No. 129) and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market on July 27, 2018. As of the end of the fiscal period under review (February 28, 2025), after six public offerings, the total number of investment units issued was 910,820 units, and the total investment amount was 87,255 million yen. The company was incorporated in 2017 in Japan.
