China Testing & Inspection Group expects a net loss attributable to the parent of 20.5944 million yuan in the first half of 2026

China Testing & Inspection Group disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting a net loss attributable to the parent of 20.5944 million yuan in the first half of 2026, compared with a profit of 5.8121 million yuan in the same period last year. The net loss after deducting non-recurring items is expected to be 38.9764 million yuan, compared with a loss of 16.9738 million yuan a year earlier. The company stated that operating revenue remained stable, but profit was affected by factors such as intensified competition in traditional business segments and the ongoing investment phase of its strategic emerging industry transformation. At the same time, the lengthening of the accounts receivable collection cycle led to a year-on-year increase in credit impairment losses. Facing operational pressure, the company is stepping up market development and internal coordination. The proportion of traditional real estate testing business has fallen below 40 percent, and breakthroughs have been made in areas such as major engineering projects, urban renewal, nuclear power, and new materials. Meanwhile, the company is strengthening accounts receivable collection and lean management, and accelerating the layout of strategic emerging industries such as new materials and new energy, as well as international expansion.
