Nikkiso Co., Ltd. operates industrial, aerospace, and medical businesses worldwide. It supplies pumps and systems, including canned motor, reciprocating, and cryogenic submerged motor pumps, as well as cryogenic heat transfer devices and process plants. The company also provides precision equipment such as water-conditioning systems for power plants, ceramic substrate production systems, 3D sintering equipment, cold isostatic presses, and dryers. In aerospace, it produces parts and components for jet engines, nacelles, and aircraft wings using carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and it offers hemodialysis equipment. Formerly known as Nippon Kikai Keiso Kaisha Ltd., it changed its name to Nikkiso Co., Ltd. in November 1968. Incorporated in 1950, it is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Nikkiso raises full-year net profit forecast to 15.8 billion yen

Nikkiso on the 14th revised upward its consolidated net profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 to 15.8 billion yen, up 15.7 percent year on year, from the previous forecast of 13 billion yen. The revision reflects an increase in foreign exchange gains due to the yen's depreciation, as well as a one-time operating profit of about 2 billion yen related to business restructuring in prior years. The company also raised its annual dividend forecast to 60 yen per share from the previous forecast of 50 yen. Assumed exchange rates were revised to 157 yen per US dollar from 145 yen, and to 184 yen per euro from 170 yen. Consolidated net profit for the second quarter rose 67.5 percent year on year to 8.2 billion yen.
