TOKYU REIT, Inc. was incorporated on June 20, 2003 to invest in real estate under Japan's Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Law No. 198 of 1952, as amended), also known as the Investment Trust Law. Such corporations are commonly referred to as Japanese Real Estate Investment Trusts, or J-REITs. The company was incorporated in Japan in 2003.
