MORI TRUST REIT, Inc. is a Japanese real estate investment corporation incorporated on October 2, 2001, under the Investment Trust Law of Japan. It was originally formed by Mori Trust Co., Ltd. and began operations on March 28, 2002, with the acquisition of a property. The company is managed by MORI TRUST Asset Management Co., Ltd., which is 95% owned by Mori Trust Co., Ltd. and 5% by Mori Trust Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. It listed on the J-REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on February 13, 2004. As of August 31, 2025, it owned 20 properties with a total rentable area of 506,295.29 square meters, occupied by 121 tenants, with an occupancy rate of 99.8%.
