Hankyu Hanshin REIT, Inc. is an integrated real estate investment trust that invests mainly in retail and office properties across Japan. Its objective is to secure stable income over the medium-to-long term and achieve the best possible returns for unitholders. The trust focuses on the retail-use zone, where visitors receive goods and services in return for payment, and on the Kansai Region, comprising Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Nara, Shiga and Wakayama. In principle, investments in each of the retail-use zone and the Kansai Region will be at least 50% of the total portfolio based on acquisition prices as of the end of each fiscal period. HHR draws on the planning and management capabilities of the Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group, a corporate group with Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc. as its holding company, referred to as the sponsor group. The company was incorporated in Japan.
