Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation

Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation is a Japanese real estate investment trust (J-REIT) sponsored by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. Its asset manager is Daiwa House Asset Management Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Daiwa House. The trust listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Market on March 22, 2006, merged with New City Residence Investment Corporation on April 1, 2010, and changed its name to Daiwa House Residential Investment Corporation on December 1, 2011, shifting its investment focus to residential properties. On September 1, 2016, it absorbed the former Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation, adopted a diversified portfolio strategy including hotel and office properties, and changed its name to Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation. The corporation was established on June 7, 2005 and incorporated in Japan.
