Do Day Dream Public Company Limited, or DDD, announced that Multi Prime Company Limited, an indirect subsidiary, has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire the entire business of Multi Beauty Company Limited, or MULTY BEAUTY, to serve as a distribution channel for beauty products, or a beauty retailer, supporting business expansion, increasing operational agility, broadening the customer base, and creating revenue opportunities from customers outside the group, while remaining aligned with the company's core business direction. The company believes that combining the strengths of both parties will enhance the potential of the distribution channel to reach consumers comprehensively, increase business flexibility, and create opportunities to build on future business collaboration both domestically and internationally. The acquisition is in line with good corporate governance practices, and the company will proceed with a prudent business integration plan to maximize long-term benefits for shareholders and all stakeholders.
