MC Group Public Company Limited (MC) has set a sales growth target of 8% for the fiscal year 2026/27, following nearly 10% growth in July, the start of the new fiscal year. CEO Matthew Kij Othan revealed in an earnings call that the company will target the Gen Z market, which currently accounts for 21% of total sales, through collaborations with influencers such as "Lert" and the launch of new products under the MCJ brand, including Airport Look, Track Pant, and Hoodie. Meanwhile, the company is accelerating McShop.com, which saw sales grow 2-3 times during July-August, aiming to increase the online sales share to 30% from the current 27% to cope with higher marketplace fees and maintain a gross profit margin (GPM) of 64% despite the rising share of online and MCJ products. The company continues to expand branches at PTT gas stations, which number over 140, and is the top partner of PTTOR, while also enlarging store sizes to 100 square meters. Offline channels remain the main revenue source, accounting for 73% of total sales, and the company has a history of consistently paying out nearly 100% of net profit as dividends.
