Prime Road Power Public Company Limited

SCG Decor Public Company Limited, or SCGD, announced that the process of closing V Ceramic Mekong Delta Limited Liability Company, or V-Ceramic, a subsidiary of PRIME in Vietnam, has been completed in accordance with the law. PRIME holds a 60 percent stake in V-Ceramic, which operated a retail business in the form of a manufacturing outlet. The decision to close the business was due to unfavorable circumstances and partner readiness. As of December 31, 2025, V-Ceramic had assets of 5.4 million baht, and the closure does not affect PRIME's operations in any way.
