Tejon Ranch Co. is a diversified real estate development and agribusiness company operating through six segments: Real Estate - Commercial/Industrial; Multifamily; Real Estate - Resort/Residential; Mineral Resources; Farming; and Ranch Operations. The Commercial/Industrial segment handles land planning and permitting, infrastructure and building construction, land sales, and leases for communications, power plants, and various commercial uses. The Multifamily segment develops, leases, and owns residential rental communities. The Resort/Residential segment focuses on land entitlement, planning, pre-construction engineering, stewardship, and conservation. The Mineral Resources segment includes oil and gas royalties, rock and aggregate royalties, royalties from a cement operation leased to National Cement Company of California, Inc., and management of water assets and infrastructure projects. The Farming segment produces and sells wine grapes, almonds, pistachios, hay, and olives.
