Taiwan Union Technology Corporation ผลิตและจำหน่ายแผ่น laminate ทองแดง (copper clad laminates) ในเอเชียและต่างประเทศ ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทประกอบด้วย laminate ประเภท high frequency, extreme low loss, super low loss, very low loss, low loss และ high thermal reliability รวมถึงวัสดุประเภท mid และ standard loss, prepreg แบบ non-flow/mid-flow และแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ (printed circuit boards) บริษัทยังให้บริการ mass lamination แก่กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยผลิตภัณฑ์ถูกนำไปใช้ในงาน radio frequency, high-speed digital, high-density interconnect, ยานยนต์ และ substrate เดิมบริษัทมีชื่อว่า Taiwan Union Glass Industrial Co., Ltd. และได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น Taiwan Union Technology Corporation ในเดือนมกราคม 2000 บริษัทจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งในปี 1974 และมีสำนักงานใหญ่ที่เมือง Zhubei ประเทศไต้หวัน
