ตลาดหุ้นไทยช่วงวันที่ 14-18 กันยายน 2026 แกว่งตัวลงและหลุดระดับ 1,600 จุด โดยมี DELTA เป็นหุ้นหลักที่กดดันดัชนี หลังบริษัทแม่ออกหุ้นกู้แปลงสภาพมูลค่า 1.5 พันล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ ซึ่งแลกเป็นหุ้น DELTA ได้ โดยราคาแปลงสภาพกำหนดที่ premium 15-20% สำหรับอายุ 1 ปี คิดเป็น 289-302 บาท และ 30-40% สำหรับอายุ 5 ปี คิดเป็น 327-353 บาท ส่งผลให้ผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ขายชอร์ตหุ้นเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงด้านราคา โดยหุ้นกู้ดังกล่าวแบ่งเป็น tranche อายุ 1 ปี มูลค่า 500 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ และอายุ 5 ปี มูลค่า 1.0 พันล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ ซึ่ง Delta ไต้หวันออกเพื่อนำเงินไปขยายกิจการ ขณะที่การประชุม Fed ปรับขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ย 25 bps สู่ระดับ 3.75-4.00% ตามที่ตลาดคาด และ Dot Plot ประเมินอัตราดอกเบี้ยสิ้นปี 2026F และ 2027F ที่ 4.1% ทั้งสองปี ด้านกลุ่มท่องเที่ยวอย่าง AOT MINT และ CENTEL ถูกกดดันจากการเลื่อนมาตรการไทยเที่ยวไทยพลัสจากปลายปี 2026 ไปเป็นปี 2027F ส่วนกลุ่มน้ำมันและโรงกลั่นอย่าง TOP SPRC และ BCP ถูกกดดันจากประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาที่ปรับลดราคา ณ โรงกลั่นสำหรับน้ำมันดีเซลหมุนเร็วลง 4.00 บาทต่อลิตร จากเดิมลด 2.40 บาทต่อลิตร ขณะที่กลุ่มธนาคารอย่าง KBANK KTB และ BBL รวมถึงกลุ่มประกันอย่าง BLA และ TLI ปรับตัวขึ้นจากความคาดหวังว่าอัตราดอกเบี้ยจะเป็นขาขึ้น
